Dear Rita, Mark, Steve, Nina, and all extended family, We are all sorry to hear of Rich's sudden passing, and are sending you our thoughts and prayers for comfort at this time. It's never easy to lose someone, and all we know for sure is that he is now free from suffering. He will join my dad, Louis Picard, at Resurrection Cemetery. It's a peaceful place. All our best, The Rodenberg Family;

Dear Rita & family, I'm so sorry for your lose. I worked pretty close with Rich at CDC for 20 years. Seems like we had a lot in common although 5 years difference in age. Went to the same high school grew up in south Mpls., we even stopped smoking together back in 1985 and got laid off together in 1989. He was one of the nicest people I've ever known, and made many friends in the work force. Thought of him often in the last couple of years, but we got out of touch some how. Wish now I'd called him more often as I missed having an occasional lunch with him. We always had a good discussion about the ups and downs of our families. He was a good family man, and I’m sure will be missed greatly. You're all in my thoughts & prayers.;
