I was so lucky to have Aunt Harriet be such an important part of my life especially during the years when your family was just a few miles away when we lived in Sioux Falls. Aunt Harriet made your home feel like a second home to me. Harriet always had time to listen if I had a problem, to offer guidance when I was looking for direction and took the gentle care to be such a wonderful Aunt and friend in so many ways. The time we spent together will always be such an important part of my life. So many great memories working in the garden together or talking over a snack or meal she prepared for me. Your Mom was so loved. Words can never express how greatly she will be missed. Our hearts share the loss of your dear Mother and our beloved Aunt Harriet. Love, Teri & Henry;

Your Mom, my Aunt, was an amazing woman, accomplished and possessing an incredible sense of humor which always lightened us at those times when we needed it most. Our hearts go out to you. We know of your mother's death via the Argus on-line. We are surprised to know she died in Apple Valley where we have lived since Jan '09. We enjoyed knowing your mom and send our love to all of you.
