You were such a good friend to everyone. Your bubbly personality, your positive attitude, and your sincere kindness will be missed. I hope we meet again someday up there in heaven; heaven must have gotten boring. While I'm down here though, could you put in a good word for me up there? You and your family are in my prayers. The funeral was absolutely beautiful. While I never had the pleasure to have Veronica in class, I certainly feel like I know her a little bit now. Take care of each other over the next few painful months. Jen (EVHS Speech Coach);

We were very sorry to hear of the loss of your daughter. We lost our 21 year-old son due to the heart disease called Long QT Syndrome. He passed away in his sleep while attending the University of Minnesota, Duluth. May 17th was the 5th anniversary of his passing. Mr. & Mrs. Schrader and family, I introduced myself to you at Veronica's visitation but with so many people you may not remember. Our daughter also died suddenly of heart disease (aortic aneurysm) at St. Olaf on April 25, 1996 in her junior year. Our hearts go out to you and your family. I just read the May 20 entry to this site from the family whose son died at UMND. Know that every parent who has lost a child understand and share your grief.
