Robert, age 78, of Rosemount, MN, formerly of San Antonio, TX, passed away 12/25/10 at his home. He was born in San Antonio on July 24, 1932. Robert enlisted in the US Air Force in 1949 and served 20 years retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant. He served in Korea and Vietnam. While stationed in Florida he met and married the love of his life, Betty Price in 1951. After retiring from the Air Force, Robert enjoyed a successful career in sales throughout Texas. He enjoyed caring for his 8-acre San Antonio homestead, hunting and flea-marketing. Robert is preceded in death by his son, Bobby and grandson, Shawn Longton. He is survived by wife, Betty; daughters, Debbie (Gordon) Longton and Kathy (Michael) Kunzig; 2 granddaughters, Kari and Dina; and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral service Wednesday, Dec 29 at 1 PM Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN with his visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
