I am heartbroken. Pam was a dear friend and someone who cared deeply about her friendships. While the miles kept us apart, we never lost touch. I always admired her spirit and her ambition to do more and be more each day. My heart goes out to her family. She will be so deeply missed. Love you, Pam. Vum vive vo
