Neil I. Lofstrand
Age 65 of Minneapolis, born Nov. 03, 1947 in Minneapolis to Wallace and Mildred Lofstrand, passed away Sep. 16, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. Neil served in the U.S. Naval Air Reserve and retired after 25 years. He also worked right out of high school for Sears until it closed in 1990 and then 21 years for the VA before retiring. Neil will be dearly missed by sisters, Donna Simpson and Diane (Duane) Foster; nephews: Bill (Nora) Simpson, Jim (Karla) Simpson and Ray (Nicole) Simpson; niece, Kate Loscheider; many great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service 12:00 Noon, Monday, Sep. 23, 2013 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls., with visitation one hour before. Interment Ft. Snelling.
