Smith, Milton B. “Milt”

Age 66 of Apple Valley, went to be with his Lord on August 28, 2019 with his loving wife by his side. Preceded in death by his parents, Frederick & Dolores. Survived by his loving wife of almost 44 years, Connie; siblings, Karen Perkins, Janice (Mark) Hugo and Brian (Linda) Smith; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Milt was born in Morris, MN. He graduated from Roosevelt High School in Minneapolis in 1970, and graduated from Augsburg College in 1974. In 1976, he married his love, Connie, in San Diego, CA. In 1980, he receive his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law and passed the Minnesota State Bar in 1980. Milt worked for West Publishing in St. Paul. Milt’s hobbies ranged from sailing, fishing, and building and flying gas model airplanes. He was passionate about the generations of wild birds we watched from our backyard feeders. Funeral at 11am on Wed., Sept. 4, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave. W., Rosemount, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Lebanon Cemetery.
