Kreutzmann, Malisa Anne

Age 58 of St. Paul (formerly of Apple Valley), was reunited with her Lord and Savior on August 23, 2022. Preceded in death by her son, Emmanuel Kreutzmann. Survived by her sons, Erik (Taylor), Cooper, and Meyer; parents, Kenneth & Jean Zylstra; brother, Kenneth (Jayme) Zylstra; nieces, Zoe and Ruby Zylstra; husband, Matthew; many other relatives and friends.

Not one to sit still for long, Malisa was always busy hiking, cooking and gardening, usually with her favorite music in the background. A “water baby”, as she put it, Malisa loved swimming and being on the water, be it a pool, lake, river or ocean. Her adventurous streak and love of travel took her around the world, spending time living and working in New Zealand, the Philippines and Switzerland, as well as doing mission work in Tanzania. Along with music, she loved dancing and had a chance to pursue that passion as a Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader. Malisa was generous with her love and affection, especially for her family. Wherever she went, she met new people, made new lifelong friends and touched those around her. Always up for a family dance party, Malisa was a ray of sunshine and her presence, especially her sense of humor, will be missed by all who knew her.

Memorial Service at 11:00am on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Christus Victor Lutheran Church, 7510 Palomino Drive, Apple Valley, MN, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Mlowa Parish in Tanzania (through Christus Victor LC).
