So sorry to hear about your mom's passing, Cheryl. You can take comfort in the fact that you truly were a loving daughter, and continued to spend time with her, even though you were never sure if she knew you were there. God sees all things, and you can be sure He will not forget how you honored your mom by visiting her consistently. Praying He surrounds you with His love and peace during this difficult time.
