Lori Ann (Dybing) Ritter, 61, of Burnsville, MN, beloved wife for 37 years of John E. Ritter, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 6, 2016 surrounded by loved ones. Born on October 26, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Robert Dybing and late LaDonna (Heinecke) Dybing. A graduate of the University of Minnesota, Lori shared her talent of sewing while writing for Singer sewing books. She later went on to become a Legal Secretary. She loved sewing, quilting, attending the Opera and sharing laughs with friends over tea. A loving wife, devoted mother, sister and friend, she will be missed by so many. Besides her husband John, she is survived by her son, Eric Ritter and his wife Piper Ritter of Buffalo; daughter Suzanne Crouch and her husband Chris Crouch of Denver; her sister Lynda Olson; and brother Bryan Dybing. Lori’s family will receive friends on Sunday, June 19th from 1-2 PM followed by service 2-3pm at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue., Apple Valley, MN.
