Larry Foster Bridger,

age 83 of Rosemount, born June 28, 1940 in St Paul to Clydel & William Bridger, peacefully passed away on April 5, 2024.

Larry started his long career as a civil servant in the Navy where he learned discipline and how to protect others. His first role as a police officer was in California where he bought a little house in Upland to grow his family with Donna. He served with his brothers in California until the day his brothers convinced him to move to Minnesota in 1975. He continued his career in Mendota Heights, MN where he protected and served for 25 years.

Apart from his family, his passion was woodworking, caring for his lawn, watching police shows on TV and reading all Louis Lamore cowboy books.

Larry leaves behind his loving daughters: Nancy, Becky (Lyle) and Shauna (Tom); five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers, Les and Bill and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Donna, and sister and brother in-law, Lonna & Jim Gifford.

His dedication to family is the strength that bonds us together.

Funeral service, 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 11, 2024 with a visitation one hour before at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., in Apple Valley. Larry will be laid to rest with his wife, Donna at Lebanon Cemetery in Apple Valley.
