Terry and family, I'm sorry this is so late. My playing schedule has not allowed me the time to write. Most of my contact with Ken was in my various accidents. I do know that he gave me anesthesia at least once! I do remember his kindness and gentleness. Most of my contact with your family involved music, with Chris and Erik, and of course the Musikverein 88. My deepest condolences to all of you. Steve Moran
