Age 49, of Rosemount, MN passed away suddenly on May 25, 2008. He was preceded in death by mother, Jeanette Pelikan (Luden). He is survived by loving wife of 28 years, Rose; daughter, Britanee; son, Michael; father, Joseph; sister, Teri Krueger and her children, April , Kyle, Whitney, Ryan and grandniece, Sierra; sister Vicki Mack (Greg) & their children Megan, Morgan and Courtney; grandmother, Virginia Reilly (Ray); father and mother-in-law, Delbert&Elaine Weber; sister-in-law, Diane Bowen (John)&their children Katie, Greg, Cory, Leiah and grandniece, Amorie; brother-in-law, Fred Weber (Jory)& their children Jenny, Cory, Jill and Jackie;sister-in-law, Cleo Gilgenbach (Rich) &their children Sarah, Trevor, Jim, Richie and Elizabeth; sister-in-law, Mary Miller(Scott) & their children Allie and Rachel; business partner, Cheng Lor; special friends, Keith &Tammy Brahmer, their children Natalie&Paul & their grandchildren Sierra & Britian &Scott, Julie & Dusty Carter; many uncles, aunts, relatives & friends. Joe career focused on the restaurant business. He worked for the corporate offices of McDonald’s, Carousel Corp. and Arby’s. While working at Anton Airfood, he was recognized as General Manager of the Year. Recently he was a partner of Orient Restaurant and served as a consultant for SSP America. Joe’s charisma and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
