Memorial service Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 11 AM in the Episcopal Church of St James on the Parkway, 3225 East Minnehaha Parkway, Minneapolis, MN with a gathering of family and friends a half hour prior to the service in the church. Interment Ft Snelling.
