Preceded in death by wife, Shirley; son, Donald; and son-in-law, Monte DeLong. John is survived by daughter, Monica (Jacob) Simmer; son, David Hoff; grandchildren, Julia and Jonathan DeLong; nieces; nephews; family and friends. Funeral service is 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 7, 2009 at Bloomington Baptist Ch., 4300 West 98th St., Bloomington with visitation starting at 9:30AM. Interment, 2PM, West Rock Cemetery, Pine City, MN.
