Joan Katherine Frank, 76, of Apple Valley, passed away Sunday, December 7. She was born September 23, 1938 in Browerville, Minnesota to Steve and Agnes (nee Feela) Kiselewski. Joan is survived by her husband of 56 years, Edward, daughters Kim Davis and Lori (Robert) Frank-Bretwisch, grandchildren Jason, Ashley (Chad), Shaun, Alyssa, Jordan, and Amber, and great-granddaughter Brielle. She was preceded in death by her daughter Sandra, brother Robert Kiselewski, and sister Emily Auger. Joan loved her garden with all the hummingbirds, rabbits, plus morning doves, and especially the neighborhood dogs whom she blessed with treats. She was a devoted, involved, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be forever loved and treasured. Visitation is scheduled for 11 AM-2 PM Sunday, December 14 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley, followed by a 2 PM Funeral Service.
