age 66, of Apple Valley.  Preceded in death by wife, Colleen;  grandson, Mason; brothers, sisters and parents.  Survived by sons, Jason and Michael; daughter, Andrea; granddaughter, Madison.  A memorial service will be held at 11 AM, Friday, February 9, 2018 with a visitation one hour before at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley.
