Jim and I worked on the same projects at Target for a few years and we also occasionally rode the same express bus from Eagan to downtown Minneapolis. He was a super nice guy and always willing to help out where needed. He loved to talk about his boys and the sports that were involved in. I had a really nice phone conversation with Jim last December. He was in great spirits and optimistic about his future. I'm so sorry to see another great Target friend leave us too soon. My deepest sympathies to his family.
