My deepest condolences to you and your family at your loss. With great sadness I read of Jim's passing. Jim was a good friend, fishing buddy and a co-worker. I always enjoyed his company, sense of humor and who could forget his gardening and cooking skills, some of the best chili and sauerkrout ever.;

I worked with Jim at CDC for several years. Jim was a great guy. He built a dock for me several years ago. It was built to perfection. I told him that it was the best dock on the lake---He smiled a smile of pride.;

I never met James, but from working with Steve it's clear he was a good man. My best thoughts and prayers.;

Steve and family - we are very sad to hear of Jim's passing. I have great memories of him. Whether he was helping Steve putt new tires on the Camaro or canoeing with us up in Quetico (where he always had the coolest camp gadgets, the best looking redwood canoe, and even better temperament) he was a lot of fun to be around. He will be greatly missed and our hearts and prayers are with you.;

The news of Jim's passing has been one I meet with great sadness. We had some great outdoor adventures with son, Steve, where I came to know Jim as a humble, gentle and multi-talented person. Please accept my most heartfelt condolences. Jim will be greatly missed.... We've lost one of the good guys but his memory will still be with us. The memories are good and they bring a smile.;

Jim was a great guy to work with & for. He always had an interesting story to tell. His word were sometimes short, but always like arrows and straight to the subject at hand. I liked Jim a lot and will really miss seeing him again.;

I enjoyed Jim's work attitude, he was a fun guy. At one time he was fixing golf clubs. An Old Timer will be missed.
