Hazel S. Shema
Age 101 of Mpls. born Feb. 12, 1913 in Mpls. to Ole and Anne Westby. Member Sons of Norway, Vonheim Lodge. Preceded in death by husband, Raymond; brother Henry Westby, sisters: Agnes Johnson, Olga Berger and Eleanor Bergstrom. Hazel will be dearly missed by her daughter, Marianne Shema & son-in-law, Rick Felber and many nieces and nephews. Visitation, 5-8pm, Wed., March 5 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S., Mpls. Funeral service, 11:00am, Thursday, March 6, 2014 with visitation one half hour before at the Mortuary. Hazel will be laid to rest with her husband, Raymond at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Nokomis Healthy Seniors or local foodshelf.
