Pedersen, Elizabeth W. (Trutnau) Born Aug. 24, 1908 in Chanhassen, MN, passed away peacefully May 12, 2009 at Providence Place in Mpls., MN at age 100. Preceded in death by parents, William & Frances; husband, Alfred A.; daughter, Dorothy Rohr; son, Robert A. & wife, Beverly; grandson, Jimmy Rohr; brothers, Sylvester (Irma), Donald (Sally) and Wendel (Lynne) Trutnau; sisters, Marie (John) Brose and Calista Trutnau; half-sister, Lillian (Al) Jacques; nephews, Dean Trutnau and Ken Jacques; nephew-in-law, Don English and many friends. Survived by grandchildren, Kathleen Rohr, Angela (Ray) Eckerson, Pat (Dean) Dille, John (Lori) and Paul (Molly) Pedersen; great- grandchildren, Christine, Sara, Mike, Eric, Mark, Monica, Melissa, Andrew and Emily; several great-great- grandchildren; nephews & nieces, Alice English, Rick (Kathy) Brose, Harold (Barb) Brose, Bernice (Ron) Ayala, Peter (Pam) Trutnau, Bill (Ksenia) Trutnau, Anne (Mike) Spooner, Lucille (Ron) Huber and Don (Marlys) Jacques; niece-in-laws, Patty Trutnau and Joanne Jacques and their families. Elizabeth was a streetcar operator and then a bus driver for Twin City Lines-MTC from 1944 to 1973. She retired with a 29-Year Safe Driving Award. Member Amalgamated Transit Union Local #1005 and Ladies Auxiliary VFW #246. Funeral Service Friday, May 15, 2009 at 11:00 AM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. S. with visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Ft. Snelling.
