So Sorry to Here Pete;

Pete and family I was truly saddened by the news. I did not know David but Pete was always talking about things that they did and had planned. My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of great sorrow. David will live on in all of your happy memories though. Take care and God Bless././Jimbo;

Susan, Melissa, Peter and Matt... I just received the sad news from Matt and am still in tears as you all are. Dave and I always had nothing but fun memories of our US Navy escapades. He was the one guy that I could always count on to laugh with any time, any place we were together. Despite the distance between us, Dave remained one of my closest friends. I grieve at your loss and at the fact that he didn't live to see his dream come true. All he talked about was finishing his cabin, so he could spend time with his wife, children and grandchildren. That was topic number one when he visited me earlier this year in California. What a tragic loss for all of you. I will always remember Dave for the friend he was and for the loving husband and father I knew him to be. God bless David and God bless his family and extended family.
