Kenneth W. Stewart

age 87, of Farmington, MN passed away unexpectedly July 2, 2023. Born Oct. 18, 1935 in North Bay, Ontario, Canada to Jessie (Parsons) Stewart & William Stewart. Ken was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia; daughter, Erin;  parents and sister, Betty Cunningham. He is survived by his daughters: Vicki (Mark) Kolsrud, Kimberley (Kent) Cutter and Rebecca Kreiling; grandchildren: Melissa (Aaron) Montello, Lindsay (Mark) Chalin, David (Meredith) Kolsrud, Josephine (Sean) Upshaw, Christina Cutter, Matthew (Rachel) Cutter, Rachel Cutter, Noah Kreiling, Sophia Kreiling and Charlotte Kreiling; great-grandchildren: Caleb Montello, Madeline Montello, Wallace Upshaw and Francis Kolsrud; brother, Robert (Anne) Stewart; brother-in-law, Marshall Stashyn (who was like a brother); and many nieces and nephews. Ken came to know Jesus at a young age and his faith deepened throughout his life. He had a love for missions and serving others. He was an active member of Hope Church in Richfield, MN for 58 years. He had an adventurous spirit and zest for life.  Visitation Tues. 5-8 PM at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley and one hour prior to service at church.  Celebration of life will be at 11 AM, Wed. July 12, Hope Church, 7132 Portland Ave S., Richfield, MN followed by a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Hope Church.
