Age 67 of Lakeville, born September 6, 1950 in Owatonna to Charles and Wanda Welsch, passed away January 28, 2018 while on vacation with her friends and family in Mexico. Wendy worked for many years in the insurance industry. She also loved to travel and spend time with her friends and family. Wendy will be dearly missed by her husband of 36 years, Wayne; sons, Jay (Kim) Sokolovsky and Jon (Stephanie) Bogatzki; grandchildren: Charlie, Avery, Benjamin, Tucker, Aly, Elijah and Ava; siblings, Dennis (Zen) Welsch and Deberah (Donald) Tommet and many other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 16, 2018 with a visitation one hour before, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
