Pfuhl, Walter A.
aged 100 passed away on March 30, 2017. He was born in St. Cloud, MN to Eva (Mueller) and Paul Pfuhl. He was preceded in death by Maxine (Burt), his loving wife of 57 years; by his brothers, Clarence and Kenneth, and his sister, Esther. He is survived by his son, Wayne (Susan); daughters, Marlene (Michael) Wiklund and Luann (Patrick) Conroy. He is also survived by his sister Jane McClure, 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchil-dren. Walter was a World War II veteran in the European Theatre and a member of Bethesda Church for 62 years. He was creative and liked working with his hands. He made wonderful carvings and toys and his rocking horses are much loved by over 100 children. He showed us courage and grace in adversity and was our life long model of a loving husband, father and friend. We will love and miss him always. Funeral service 10 am Tuesday, April 4 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary 3640 23rd Ave S. Mpls. Visitation one hour prior to service and 4-7 Monday, April 3 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary. Interment Ft. Snelling.
