Heigl, Virginia age 75, of Rosemount, formerly of Bloomington, passed away Wednesday night after a lengthy illness. Preceded in death by husband, Edward; daughter, Susan Elaine and brother, Richard Southgate. Survived by children, Patricia Varble, Edward (Tammy) and Mary Weaver; 6 grandchildren, Nathan, Alex, Amber, Dillon, Holly and Kiersten; 1 great-granddaughter, Shayla; nieces, nephews and friends. We love you, Mom, and we hope you are having a joyous time in heaven. Memorial Mass Tuesday, 11 AM, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave., Rosemount, with a gathering of friends 1 1/2 hours before the service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery
