Sylvia J., age 79, of Apple Valley, MN retired manager of OCAW Credit Union passed away peacefully on March 8, 2009 after a lengthy illness. She is survived by Homer, her loving husband of 60 years; children, Kelly (Julie), Arthur & Glenn Orth, Lynn Johnson and Beth (Chris) Frederiksen; grandchildren, Amy (Jeff) Hammer, Gina (Dominic) Wareham, Michael (Jennifer) Orth, Katy, Eric & Cree Orth, John & Patrick Orth, Laura Frederiksen; great-grandchildren, Anna, Joseph, Jacob, Samuel, William, Madison, Jackson and Zavi; sisters, Doris Hering & Elva Hanson; sister-in-law, Vera Lou Hapip and many loving nieces and nephews; Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, Mikel and Carrie (Kulseth) Harstad; brothers, Alvin, Orvil, Mitchel, Edwin, Paulwin and Emry; sisters, Minnie, Ingeborg, Cora and Borghild.
