Susan N Nelson,
Age 57 of New Brighton, born October 27, 1956 in St. Paul, MN to Leonard and Gladys Hahn, passed away peacefully surrounded by family December 12, 2013. Susan worked for Medtronic for many years until she was no longer able to due to health reasons. She is preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Dean. Susan will be dearly missed by her children, Axel and Hanna Nelson; grandson, Parker; sister, Linda Hahn; and nieces; nephews, family and friends. Memorial service 2:00pm, Tuesday, December 17, 2013 with visitation one hour before at Emmaus Lutheran Church, 1074 West Idaho Ave., St. Paul. Susan will be laid to rest with her husband, Dean at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
