Erickson, Sue Ann (nee Melbostad)

Age 87 of Lakeville, went to be with the Lord on Feb. 7, 2020 surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by her infant brother, Peter. Survived by her husband of 67 years, Arvid; children, Lyle (Tami), Scott (Laura), Claudia (Jim) Campos, Mitchell (Julie) and Melissa Erickson; grandchildren, Jesse (Lisa), Sarah (Jake), Michaela, Courtney, Whitney, Spencer (Johanna), Matt (Becky), Christina and Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Rebekah, Isaiah, Isaac, Leah and Valkyrie; sister, Alice (Ernst) Pedersen; brother, John (Missy) Melbostad; step-brother, Clay Kemp; step-sister, Sue Kumpula; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sue was a loving wife and mother. She will always be remembered by her family and friends for her kindness and generosity. Visitation from 4-7pm on Thurs., Feb. 20, 2020 at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Funeral at 11am on Friday, Feb. 21, 2020 at Minnesota Valley Church, 16075 Hawthorn Path, Lakeville, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to Minnesota Valley Church Summer Children’s Ministry. “What does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.” ~Micah 6:8
