Roy C. Holmgren, age 93 of Minneapolis, born November 1, 1912 in Minneapolis, passed away June 13, 2006. Preceded in death by wife, Mildred and son, Jack. Roy is survived by daughter, Mary Lou (Ron) Peterson; 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Walter and Richard (Yvette) Holmgren and nieces; nephews; family and friends. Funeral service 2:00 PM, Friday, June 16, 2006 with visitation one half hour before the service at Lakewood Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave., Mpls.
