Rose Michalak Fritz, 92, of Apple Valley, Minnesota and formerly of Chicago, Illinois, passed away Tuesday, October 8 after a lengthy illness. Rose is joining her husband of 69 yrs., Robert, who passed away this past June. They have earned their wings and are together again with our Lord. Surviving are their children Barry (Joanne) Fritz, Jeanie (Tom) Frautschy, and Randall Fritz, as well as their grandchildren Rob (Stephanie), Jon (Julia), and Andrew Fritz, Dawn Frautschy, Brandy (Tony) Estness, and Dr. Brooke Frautschy. They have four great grandchildren: Caden, Cohen, Emerson, and Phoebe Fritz. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the March of Dimes or Happy Tails (a no kill animal shelter) or your local YMCA. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 AM Thursday, October 10, 2013 at the Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Avenue, Apple Valley, with Visitation 1 hour prior. Interment will be in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis.
