Lee, Richard “Dick” Baron of Apple Valley. Died instantly on November 15. Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest & Margaret (Sletten) Lee; and a brother, Eugene. Dick will be profoundly missed by his wife of 40 years, Dorothy (Epple); son, Brian R. (Jennifer), grandsons, Nicholas and Jeremy; daughter, Dawn M. Ziegler (Bradley), grandchildren, Kiersten and Brennan Ziegler; sister, Patricia Lee; brothers-in-law, Bill (Joyce), Denny (Ester), John (Judy) Epple; many nieces, nephews and friends. Dick graduated from Mpls Central in 1961 and Brown Institute in 1966. Dick loved the Lord and lived his faith by example showing love and compassion toward everyone. His involvement in the Cursillo Movement (UEC) profoundly affected many who witnessed God’s unconditional love. We welcome everyone to celebrate his life with us and give him a heavenly welcome. Services Wednesday 11 AM at Faith Covenant Church, 12921 Nicollet Ave S, Burnsville with his visitation Tuesday from 5-8 pm at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 147th & Garrett Ave, Apple Valley with interment at Cokato-Finnish Cemetery. Every time you do an act of kindness, do it in the name of the Lord as Dick did. In lieu of flowers, memorial preferred to the family or the donor’s choice.
