So sorry to learn today of Mark’s unexpected passing. Just last week, I looked down from the track at the Y and saw him on the Pickleball Court! He wasn’t just “active” in the Mn Valley Photo Club - he was its heart - welcoming and shepherding newcomers and oldsters alike. Giving the club and its members unsparing energy. Such generosity of spirit will be greatly missed. Condolences to the family he leaves behind.

I'm shocked to have heard of Mark's passing today. He attended our 50th High School Reunion in Detroit Lakes this summer and 6 weeks ago I visited with him for some time at the Streeter Buffalo Supper. I shared a bus seat with Mark as well as attended Sunday School and played softball games at the Freier schoolhouse. I have many memories of Mark and Mark's siblings and cousins. I have a conflict and won't be able to attend the funeral. God Bless Mark and all of You.

Dear family and loved ones, I was sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Freier. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. It has helped me and many others to know that the Bible promises that soon God “will swallow up death forever” (Isaiah 25:8) and that He will bring about a resurrection of our dear loved ones (John 5 : 28, 29) . May “the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort,” comfort you during your time of sadness (2 Corinthians 1: 3).
