Dear Norman Family, Mrs Norman was a great prayer warrior. We know she prayed often for us, and we are very appreciative of those prayers. She truly was the Lord's servant, and the King's daughter two roles which she filled with honor. We send to your families our heartfelt love and sympathy at this time of loss, and celebrate with you her presence with Jesus.;

To the Norman Family We are sorry we cannot be there to celebrate Mabel's homegoing with you today, but we are there in spirit. As a young couple at Central, we looked up to many Godly men and women there; Mabel was certainly one of them. She was a wonderful example of a Christian wife, mother and a tremendous Sunday School teacher. Merrill remembers many heated discussions with her ie. eternal security, etc. She had great understanding of the scriptures. Her last months were not so easy, but she is at peace now with her Lord. She will be sorely missed by you all. We love you, Merrill and Diane;

Norman Family I have many happy memories of Aunt Mabel in Fall River. My mother and I visited there many times as well as she spent time with us in Manchester,CT I am saddened by her death. Love, Jim Spencer (Aunt Katharine's son);

Norman Family, I am so sorry for your loss. We will miss Grandma something fierce, but we will find great joy knowing we will see her again. Growing up with the Norman-Hilden family, Grandma Norman was the Grandma I never had. She was always ready to give me a great hug. All my hugs and love to all of you.;

The light of the Lord Jesus shone very clearly through Mabel in many different ways. Her friendliness and caring heart reached out to many. We were one of the many -- and thank the Lord for a friendship that spanned the decades. Now she has gone from life to LIFE and is for sure expressing the joy of being HOME with Jesus!! Norman family -- you will miss your loved one greatly, but we know you rejoice that she no longer is limited, but is whole and complete in her heavenly home!;

Margie and siblings: Your mom was an amazing person. I looked forward to seeing the pictures of your Wednesday outings and hearing the stories. It is clear to me that she lived her life to the fullest. You are all in my prayers. God bless.;

Learned so much from the Norman clan what it meant to be family. Mabel wisdom and faith taught me what it meant to be a follower of Christ. So glad I grew up knowing her and really cherished the years I was able to be in a bible study group with her. You will be missed greatly Mabel!;

Mabel and I met thru an ad I placed in Yankee Magazine, looking for the Fall River Herald book on the 1938 Hurricane. She answered and we began our friendship - 2 Girl Scouts from Fall River. We were able to visit twice in Minn. My husband is from there and we made two trips to visit family and friends. She was a wonderful 'Big Sister' to me. I know she is looking down on all of us and helping us to be with her again in Heaven.;

Even though I have never met Mrs. Norman..... she is my sister in Christ! I have heard some very tender sweet words about her from her daughter-in-law, Diane. I want to send my love and deepest sympathy to Dave, Diane - and all the family. ♥ Mrs. Norman is in the presence of her precious Savior and LORD - face to face with Jesus! I look forward to the day when I will have that same glorious privilege! (...and I look forward to meeting her too!) With much love and hope! Romaine;
