My deepest sympathies for Cheryl and Zach - my heart hurts for you. Kyle was a wonderful person - one of the first people I worked with at 3M and continued to be a great colleague and friend ever since. You could always count on Kyle to make you laugh and bring a smile to those around him. His enthusiasm and passion for his family was ever present - I can vividly remember him telling me about his first putter he bought Zach when he was a probably still a toddler.... Sending you all lots of prayers during this difficult time.

Cheryl, Zach and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Kyle at 3M and always appreciated his kindness and positive attitude. His passing is a reminder that life is short and being kind and compassionate to others is important and something we should strive to do everyday, Kyle was a great example of this. I am praying for your family.

My heartfelt condolences to Cheryl, Zach and the family. Kyle is my current manager at 3M and I will miss him tremendously. His supportive and positive leadership always lift up my spirits and I truly enjoyed the working partnership that we had. I am grieving the loss of a good mentor this week, but I am truly honored to have known Kyle and I will hold on to all the wonderful memories that we shared.

Kyle, you will be greatly missed. You were such a wonderful colleague and I really enjoyed our time together at 3M. To Kyle's family, my thoughts and prayers go out to you...may God be with you as you deal with this unbelievably difficult time. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted -- Matthew 5:4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away -- Revelation 21:4

Sending my deepest sympathy to Kyle's family. He was my manager at 3M during a very rough time for me. He was such a kind and caring person who truly believed in family first, not just for him, but for his employees as well. He will be missed! We used to talk hockey when we had a chance - I always enjoyed getting his take on things. I was especially sad at the Wild game last night knowing Kyle didn't get to see a full season with a promising team. No doubt he would have been excited to see Kirill Kaprisov finally get his first goal of the season (and would have been as annoyed as I was that it took so long). Cherish all your wonderful memories of him!
