Joshua B. VandeLogt
Age 45, of Lakeville, Mn., passed away October 12, 2024. Preceded in death by his one brother Chad P Vande Logt.
Joshua worked in supply chain management, procurement at Health Partners. He enjoyed his coworkers, and enjoyed his work, and was proud of what he had accomplished in his career over the years.
Joshua had Two Daughters, Vivian 13, and Ava 10, who were his true pride and joy. They were his top priority and was always there for them when the struggles of life emerged. He was especially a good listener when they expressed their feelings and needs and was sensitive in helping them find solutions to their problems. He especially
enjoyed taking them camping and traveling to destinations in other states. River 12, Joshua’s deceased brother’s daughter spent nearly every weekend at Joshua’s home and the three girls have nearly become sisters and Joshua became River’s step in dad. River accompanied Joshua’s family on many of their journeys. Almost every weekend,
the Vande Logt’s, including parents Michael and Paulette, would get together, share a meal, and share their lives.
Joshua was a very social person, and relationships were of special significance to him. He cherished his friendships and stayed in close contact with those from even his early childhood. He was exceedingly empathetic, always there for others when in need and always looked out for the oppressed and demoralized. He truly was a people person
who realized all we have is each other.
Joshua is survived by daughters, Vivian and Ava; parents, Michael and Paulette Vande Logt; niece, River and nephew, Slate.
A celebration of life will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 19, 2024 with visitation one hour before at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, MN
