Joan Mae Hoven, 73 of Burnsville, MN, died Thursday, June 22, 2006, at the Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Hoven; son, Thomas Hoven; parents, Alfred and Anna Rodberg; and sister, Marion Drews. Joan is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teryl and Arnie Solovjovs; sons and daughter-in-law, Gary Hoven of Jasper, AL and Bradley and Jeri Hoven of Holly Springs, N.C.; six grandchildren: Ryan and Tara Solovjovs, Adam, Amanda, Amber and Alyssa Hoven; brothers, Vernon Rodberg and Gerald Rodberg; nieces; nephews; and lifelong friends, Jim and Bev Shaffer and Marcella Hanson. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, June 27, with reviewal one hour prior to the service at St. James Lutheran Church, 3650 Williams Dr., Burnsville, MN. Burial immediately following the service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
