Sundquist, James D., Sr.

Age 75, of Fairfax, MN, formerly of Minneapolis, born Nov. 26, 1937 in Niagra, WI to Edwin & Edith Sundquist, passed away June 4, 2013. Jimmy was one of the original duo from the band, Fendermen with the hit record, “Muleskinner Blues” from 1960. He was also retired after 20 years from Redeemer Residence as Music & Art Therapist, touching many lives. Jimmy will be dearly missed by his wife, Sharrie; children: Jeff (Sheri) Sundquist, Jon Sundquist, Janelle Sundquist, Jim, Jr. (Rose) Sundquist, and Jodi Sundquist; stepsons, Greg (Julie) Rundquist and Dan (Melany) Rundquist; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 4 siblings and many other family and friends. Memorial service, 3:00 pm, Saturday, June 8, 2013 with visitation one hour before at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave. So., Mpls. Interment, Acacia Park, Mendota Heights.
