Sorry to hear of Helen's passing. I didn't know she had cancer. She was a lady unafraid to show her devotion to our Lord. She will be ringing bells in heaven. I was a Beach high classmate and friend. My sympathies to her family. Would Ann please email me.

My sincere sympathies to Helen's family. It was a shock to hear that she had passed away which seemed so suddenly. Cancer is cruel. I knew Helen to be a very straight forward, no holds barred person, whose unfiltered opinions and views were refreshing. I served with her on the Worship Commission at Grace and saw her love of music. She artfully managed the lefse-making team shifts at Grace for many years which helped raise thousands of dollars for the music programs. Her wonderful cheerful smile will be sorely missed.

To the family of Helen: I want to send my sympathy to all of you for the loss of your sister and auntie. I am so grateful that you were with her during those last, difficult days. I was one of her Jamestown nursing classmates and also spent time with her at the last several reunions. I grew to realize what a remarkable career she had and the inner strength she had for managing through life. We have laughed and laughed at some of her stories and her "tell-it-like-it-is" attitude. May God bless all of you as you cry and say goodbye. Sincerely, Lyda (Peters) Reynolds Mountain Home, AR.
