As a dental hygienist and the manager of the Prince of Peace Mission Outpost Dental clinic, I was blessed to serve together with Dr. Jerry when he volunteered monthly for our underserved patients in need. He was a gentle soul that had a passion for helping people. I can imagine Dr. Jerry entering the kingdom of heaven as Jesus says “thank you good and faithful servant.” Rest in peace Dr. Jerry until we meet again.

Dr. Rauchwarter took a chance on hiring me as a brand new graduate right out of dental hygiene school. I was so blessed by him, not only by him giving me a job, but also by being mentored by a wonderful and patient teacher, who ran his practice with respect for each employee and integrity in every interaction. He loved being outdoors and always shared many stories of his adventures bow hunting or golfing with friends and family. My heart aches deeply for his family in this time of such loss. Henwill be greatly missed. This is yet another reason to longingly anticipate the return of our Savior to take us all to heaven to be united with Him and all of our loved ones. Come soon, Lord Jesus.

I cannot think of a person who was more kind, honest, and caring of his patients and staff. I was lucky enough to have been part of his office team for over ten years, and I looked forward to coming to work every day of that time. We have lost a truly good man, but he was at peace with his early departure from our physical world. Doc, I truly hope that I will be blessed to see you again - you were an inspiration to me and to many others! You will be missed. -Robin Smith
