Eric C., age 48, of Farmington, MN passed away unexpectedly on January 21, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father, Terry; father-in-law, Alan Arnold; and his grandparents. Eric is survived by his loving wife, Erin; his son, TJ; his mother, Karen Stirkens; a sister, Lisa (Joe) Steffen; a brother, Mike (Kendra) Langhorst; step-mother, Karen Langhorst; step-father, Clark Stirkins; mother-in-law, Betty Arnold; a nephew, Oscar; a niece, Olivia; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 25 from 11 AM to 1 PM at Henry W Anderson Mortuary, 147th and Garrett Ave, Apple Valley with a Celebration of Eric’s Life starting at 11 AM on Sunday, January 26 at Bogart’s Place, 14917 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley. Memorials are preferred to the family for an educational fund for T.J.
