Oram, Elsa C., age 99 of Walker Elder Suites, formerly of Holmes City, MN and Chicago, died Aug. 2nd. She was known for her millinery design and her 30 years of hatmaking classes that were enthusiastically attended. Preceded in death by her devoted husband of 59 years, Edward R. Survived by son, Thomas E. Oram, Scottsdale, AZ; daughter, Mary Ellen Trotter, Flagstaff, AZ; nieces, Eleanor Dahlquist Battle and Janice Oram Deis; and nephews, Douglas Dahlquist and Martin Oram. Elsa was a 60 year member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Service Wednesday, 10 AM, St. John’s Lutheran Church, 49th and Nicollet Ave. S., with visitation Tuesday 6-8 PM at Henry W.
