Knoke, Earl E. “HERB” passed away Thursday August 4th at the age of 87.
Preceded in death by son, Mark and sister, Evelyn; granddaughters, Nicole and Tanja. Earl loved hockey as a player and as a coach. He also loved golfing and fishing. Earl was a Minneapolis firefighter for many years and served in the US Navy. Survived by wife Joan; daughter, Terri; sons, Michael, Rocky, Kerry and Steve; brother Ron; 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Memorial Mass will be held 11 am Tuesday August 9th at Church of the Holy Name Catholic Church 3637 11th Ave S. Mpls. with visitation one hour prior. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
