Dwight W. Exe
Age 87 of Prior Lake, formerly of Bloomington, born June 22, 1929 in Minneapolis to Benjamin and Lillian Exe, passed away June 26, 2016 with his family by his side. Dwight served in the U.S. Army during Korea. He graduated from Central High School in Minneapolis and went on to start his own company, Dwight Exe Ideas and later changed the name to Exe Advertising. He sold it to his son, Jeff in the mid 1990’s. Dwight very much enjoyed boating and traveling, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Marlene. Dwight will be dearly missed by his sons: Jeffrey, Steven and Erik (Michelle); daughter, Janine (Allan) Kasper; grandsons, Ryan and Brendan; dearest friend and companion, Carol Moe and other family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am, Friday, July 1, 2016 with a visitation one hour before at House of Prayer Lutheran Church, 7625 Chicago Avenue South, Richfield. There will be a lunch to follow. Dwight and Marlene will be laid to rest together at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery with full military honors for Dwight.
