Rieck, Donna
Age 61 of Apple Valley, passed away on August 6, 2024. Preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Marie Clarkson; and her sister, Joanne Michaud. Survived by her brothers, Paul (Susan) Clarkson and Andy Clarkson; nieces and nephews, Caitlin Clarkson, Aaron Michaud, Jennifer (Kurt) Lindeman, Alex Clarkson, and Jamie Clarkson; many other relatives and friends.

Donna earned an Associate Degree in Animal Health from the University of Minnesota, and the most fulfilling parts of her career were when she worked as a veterinary technician. Her enduring love of animals was an important part of her life. She especially loved horses, and she was devoted to her macaws, JoJo and Nala (who are being rehomed).

Memorial Service at 11am on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 14850 Garrett Ave., Apple Valley, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Animal Humane Society (https://www.animalhumanesociety.org/) or Parrot Help (https://www.parrothelp.com).
