Craig F. Smith,

age 76, of Minneapolis passed away peacefully on January 19, 2020 surrounded by family. Craig taught math for 30 years in the Minneapolis Public Schools at Sanford Jr. High and Roosevelt High School and touched many lives. He worked for H&R Block for 25 years and was a brakeman for SooLine Railroad for 15 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Forest and Hannah Smith. He is survived by wife of 50 years, Joyce Iwen Smith, daughters Becky (Jerry) Beeskow, Jennifer (Mike) Von Behren, and Angela Smith, grandchildren Jourdyn (Jordan Perry) Beeskow, Bryce Beeskow,
Kiandrah Beeskow, Micah Von Behren, and Moriah Von Behren, sister, Marsha (Mike) Davis, and many other relatives and friends. The memorial service will be held on Monday January 27, 2020 at 11am at Faith Lutheran Church, 3430 E. 53 rd St., Minneapolis. Visitation will be at Faith on Sunday January 26, from 5- 6pm and Monday January 27 from 10-11am.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family or Faith Lutheran Church of Minneapolis.
